Pam Hales has been at Animal Medical Clinic since 1995, longer than anyone except Dr. Joe.  She enjoys making clients happy by grooming their dogs and cats. Her dogs often accompany her to work and she has many others at home. She and her husband, Ronald, have two daughters, Jenny and Talitha with which they enjoy all of these pets. On her days off, Pam loves riding horse, gardening, and reading.

Jeannette Morrell has been grooming pets at AMC almost as long as Pam, since 1996. She is known as the cat whisperer for her ability to be able to groom most cats, but she is also fabulous with dogs. She and her husband Clay share their home with four dogs, Babz, Dottie, Diggy, and Winter, and three cats, Custer, Little Cloud, and Scruffy. In her free time she enjoys antler shed hunting in late winter and early spring, setting up hunting camps in the road-less back-country with mule strings, making picture frames and antler art, ATV adventures and cattle round-ups.
